Jesus Came to Give Us Abundant Life

What is the "good life"? How would you define it? Most generally consider a life well lived to be long, prosperous, loving family and in good health.  Jesus actually addresses this issue as he explains why he came in the flesh to dwell among us.  Jesus says without great explanation, 'I have come that they may have life and have it abundantly."  Do we not all yearn for this? What is life to the full? How does he bring such a life?  How do we walk in it?
