In the Beginning

This week, we will begin a study in Genesis, the book of beginnings. In fact, this is the beginning of everything. In these first chapters, we find ourselves on the threshold of some of the most important information to live a meaningful and satisfying life. In this chapter you have not only the beginning of everything, but also a foreshadowing of the end of everything. In this series, we will begin with Adam to Abraham, passing through Cain and Abel, the flood, and the Tower of Babel. Each of these narratives explain why we live in the world we do and how God has intended, even promised, to deliver us.
