Divine Reversals

Jacob, after the birth of Joseph, prepares to return to his own country, but Laban asks him to stay for a time. Jacob does this, and in so doing, God blesses him abundantly despite Laban's efforts to continually cheat him. After some time, God calls Jacob to return to his family and land. Jacobs leads his family to see that the call to return must be obeyed, and so he flees with his family to return to the land promised by God.
