Bible Study Leader - Brookdale

For the past 20 years, Bible Study has been a permanent activity at Brookdale Senior Living in North Raleigh. Debbie Halvorsen has been leading in for the past 2 1/2 years, but needs to step away. She would love to see this ministry continue. It meets once a week on Thursdays from 1-2pm. Between 10-15 people attend (mostly believing Christians from various denominations). They have studied Mark and John, but are currently taking a break from John and listening to a sermon series on Heaven by John MacArthur. Debbie does create the lessons each week and does not expect the members to do homework, but there is a lot of flexibility here. Brookdale is a community with dear residents who are largely homebound and very grateful to the volunteers who come to serve them.
