Fall Equipping Classes

Starting August 13, we are offering two 6-week equipping classes from 9:45-10:30am. One class will be on The Patristics (study of the early church fathers), led by Josh Herring, and the other will be on Ephesians, led by Mark Carrington and Jack Adams. These classes will run at the same time, and all are welcome to join! Read more about the classes below.

• The Patristics: In this class we will explore church history from the end of Acts through the 5th century AD. Come learn how the church in pagan antiquity practiced the gospel in their context. Turns out it was not that different from our own! This class will meet in the Multi-purpose Room.
• Ephesians: Ephesians contains some of the richest treasures of the gospel, comforting us in times of need and challenging us to pursue faithfulness to Christ in every sphere of life. We will walk through the text line-by-line while offering opportunity for shared reflection and application, with topics including the biblical understanding of marriage, how to pursue reconciliation, and spiritual warfare. This class will meet in Adult 1.
