Pastoral Internship

Learn in Church | Earn Credit in Seminary

The Pastoral Internship is an opportunity to create and strengthen theological and ministry categories under the supervision of pastors in the local church through education, discussion, and ministry experience. The Pastoral Interns will be discipled by the pastors and elders of Christ Covenant Church with the aim to establish a biblical foundation for pastoral ministry.

Additionally, pastoral interns can receive credit for the following courses through Southeastern's EQUIP Network and will be taught by Christ Covenant pastoral staff:

  1. PMN7900 - Mentored Internship
  2. PMN6500 - Pastoral Ministry and Leadership

The internship lasts for one year (January - December) with a summer break.

The deadline for applications is October 30th each year.

It is our desire to provide an opportunity for theological training and ministry experience through an internship that combines local church involvement with for-credit seminary level education.

If you are interested in learning more about the internship at Christ Covenant Church or have additional questions after reading over the general description, Dalton Kaiser.
