The True King

We will conclude our Advent series by studying Jesus' words to Pilate where he said, "I have come into the world for this purpose, to bear witness to the Truth." Jesus spoke these words while being questioned by Pilate as to whether or not He is a King. Jesus confirmed that He is a King but His kingdom is not of this world. We celebrate this advent season that Jesus Christ came to bear witness to the truth of His Kingship and Kingdom. In his first coming, Jesus endured the cross before He received the crown. At His second coming, He will bring justice and make all things new!
