Ladies, it's time to grab your book and start reading! Our Summer Biography Book Club is just around the corner!
This summer we will read Vaneetha Risner's new book, Walking Through Fire: A Memoir of Loss and Redemption. This is a story of a loving God who is present with us in our suffering and pain and offers a peace that is breathtakingly beautiful. Vaneetha shares her amazing story with humor and honesty, ultimately pointing us to the question," When all seems lost, can God truly bring us to a place of abundance?" Come and see!We will gather to discuss the book at the church on Monday, June 28th at 6:45pm. Vaneetha is a member of Christ Covenant Church and will be there to answer questions after our small group discussions. Copies of the book will be available over the next few Sundays after the service for $7.
